This project is a Training Center for the Visually Impaired, located on Lots 70 to 74 along Jalan Kampung Attap in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The site covers a total land area of 704.55 square meters. While the center accommodates a variety of programs and activities, I have chosen handicraft training as the core focus of this facility.

 

The primary purpose of this building is to provide a safe, supportive, and well-equipped environment for visually impaired individuals to learn and develop practical skills. Through hands-on training and educational activities, the center aims to empower participants, helping them regain confidence, improve their independence, and enhance their ability to navigate everyday life more safely and comfortably.
